Roast all the ingredients and grind it into a fine powder You can also mix jaggery for adding sweetness to your kids healthy drink. Adding sweetness is totally optional. You can store this powder in an air tight container. Take 1 or 2 tablespoon on this powder (as per your requirement), mix it with milk. This is a healthy and energetic health drink for kids.
