Dear clean area with dettol soap,or water.then apply candid powder or cream.
Don't put diapers continuously, give some diaper free,if not rashes will get...
In between diapers use cloth nappies too...
Apply diaper rash cream or coconut oil to rashes and make diaper free, let the air passes and rashes gets healed...
For diaper rash don't use any special soap, any mild soap for babies is fine... whichever you use for bathing her, use that only..
Don't apply too much on that area while bathing as it will make it dry...
Use rash free cream, always change diapers immediately after soiling ,check frequently, and also check on the size of the diaper. Give diaper free time for 20mts atleast everyday. Use wipes to clean the area every time you change the diaper. In general for such skin type you can use Bioderma Atoderm soap as it's anti inflammatory and anti microbial too
My daughter is 3 months old. She also got diaper rashes in her 2nd month. In reality no diaper rash cream work. Here are some tips to get rid of rashes, which I also used and they actually worked for her :
1- change diaper regularly, after 2-3 hours
2- every time when you change diaper clean baby's lower area properly, better to wash with water.
3- apply coconut oil or baby oil before putting diaper. And don't forget to dry Lower area completely.
You can leave baby without diaper for 10 min so that baby's skin could dry.
4- try to wash baby's lower area with baby soap at least once in a day.
There is no soap for diaper rash. Use rash cream or dusting powder. I prefer mamaerth dusting powder. It is natural and talc free. It is effective on rashes and boils and reduces the redness and itching very fast and soothes baby.
Just apply coconut oil on rashes it will Heal. I give bath with mamaearth body wash its chemical free and soft on baby skin. So no burning on rashes also. . N not time u put diaper apply mamaearth dusting G powder this will make sure baby does not get rashes.
