Can u plz tell me why I don't give him oats
Because oats have fibre.
Give baby usual breakfast made at home .Give oats as evening snack.Similarly give whatever prepared in lunch & dinner. At this age oats, ragi porridge r light foods & baby needs more food to gain weight & yes weight gain slows down bcoz babies r very active at this age.

Your kid is highper active. His metabolism also high. So he need more carbohydrates, more calories and protein and fibre too for avoid constipation.
Oats and millets are low calories and high fibre foods. So to these millets add proteins.
If he has allergy from dairy products avoid completely. Give pulses, cheela, chicken, potatoes, corn, and vegetables etc.
And give any seasonal fruit and water.
