None of the health drinks in market r good for kids.. kindly use homemade sprouted ragi or just ragi for kids.. any age.. no issues
It's better u don't... But kids they do like that Oly... Even my son... I give him milk twice a day... One time sprouted cereal and other time Horlicks... All kids don't like healthy healthy.. neither we too...
And age it's usually 2 years.. but u can start now too...
How you serve sprouted cereals to babies? Kindly guide us.
Take one to two spoons.. mix it water without lumps... Boil it in low flame... Stir continuously.. d colour ll change.. serve it liquid or slightly solid form.. add brown sugar to taste... Below 1yr kids milk 250 to 500 ml Oly can given.. so u can mix milk.. ll taste gud...
After completing 2 yrs Till then u can add dry fruits powder or cardamom powder, sugar for flavors
If a kid is non vegetarian then no need of milk at all for them.. milk is no way better than non veg.. this is wat my paediatric doc told me. Not one but two of them
