Soak 2 tsp dal(moong dal, moong chilka,arhar) as per your choice.
With2 tsp rice. For 30 min.
Heat Pressure cooker, add ghee,cumin seed.
Add half cup chopped bottle gourd or pumpkin.
Add soaked rice and dal.
Pinch of Salt and turmeric.
Add one cup water.
One whistle on high and low the flame,cook for 10 min.
Puree as per your child choice
You can add carrot ,beans,peas, onion, potato,broccoli cauliflower according to your choice
You can increase the quantity as per your child diet.
