Sago is in 2 variants.u have to Use one which is shiny and small.it won't turn soggy.
i just saw the recipe.. dont soak sabudana.. just clean, dry and roast as it is
as mentioned we have to soak the mentioned ingredients in water....just got confused...soak means properly soaked only with each ingredient in 500 ml water or just to wash and kept overnight..(as I think if we'll soak, the ingredients will become very soft by morning..)..Plz confirm.thanks.
