Please clear my confusion ...mommies nd dctrs

In babygogo majority of parents nd all dctrs are suggesting nt to give cow's milk nd water to baby till 6 mnths (cows milk till one year)...see in this app itself i hv read an article regarding FORMULA MILK...i came to knw that FM is manufacturing by processing cow's milk nd it contains abudent amount of protein (the substance which is difficult to digest for babies)... if so, why can't we give pure Desi cow milk to our kids...anyways the packed food (fm) contains preservatives know...!!! So pure milk nd home made foods are far better than fm know?? ?
Another thing regarding water to babies....how we preparing fm...in boiled water right???.... many mommies are asking "since its summer is that ok to give water to baby"..obviously the answer will be "no..aftr 6 mnths " why it's so dears??? its ok to add water in fm bt nt advisable to give directly!!! am really confused...hope u guys can clear my confusion 😊 may be my query is crazy; bt still expecting response😊

You can give water to the child who is on FM but can't to the bm because bm itself contain sufficient amount of water.. cow milk is deficient in something (protein/vitamins) don't know exactly so it is prohibited and Buffalo's mik has same elements which are present in breast milk only it is thicker than bm
