Weight of a 4 and a half years old boy should be at least 11.5 kg.If it is less you should increase energy rich food.
As this is a growing age, the food should be rich in protein, fat .
Give 3 meals a day.
Snacks in between.
Plan family meals.
Help your baby to finish the meals.
Add fruits in diet.
Add milk, egg, pulses , dry fruits , sweets.
Give him the food which he eats with interest.

But he doesn't like to eat , if eats doesn't chew it.. also he's too active and how to make him hunger for food. . ?? Also can you suggest any diet plan or chart for his weight gain.. Please reply
