These r not sufficient for a 2 year old kid to gain weight .What he eats for breakfast & dinner, what about evening snack , does he drink cow milk?
What's ur baby's daily routine diet?
If he is active don't worry about weight. Along with green vegetables give proteins like pulses, paneer, chicken, fish, ghee,and egg and dry fruits. Dairy products increase the kids weight.
Give more liquids and fruits.
Once take him to deworming. Try to sleep him after noon 1 or 2 hours.
Once your baby will eat properly he will gain weight.
Some food items increase the appetite. Try home remedies and give daily papaya and pomegranate seeds.
Morning at 7 am first I give him a small glass of water then milk and biscuit then after an hour tiffin like suji khir , roti with milk rice withmilk. Then at 12:30pm I give him rice dal n curry, sometimes egg, in the evening milk n tiffin, at night 9am I give him roti n milk.
Always I give him cow milk.
My advice is to change his diet.On waking up a glass of water is good habit.Instead of milk & biscuit give him breakfast which u all eat.Then after 2 or 3 hours give any fruit, in lunch give curry made of different veggies, evening give egg, sweet potatoe, or poha with cocunut & jaggery or milkshake etc .Include any dry fruit .Dinner give him what u eat. Later while going to sleep give glass of milk if needed.One or two glass of milk r enough in a day.His present diet is less compared to age.Include other non veg occasionally for lunch if he likes
More milk will lead to lack of other nutrients needed for body.So instead of milk give other healthy things.Also include milk products in his diet like paneer, cheese, Butter, ghee. Give veg or paneer stuffed parathas topped with ghee .

Can I give Dalia to my son (Dalia upma or Dalia khir)?
Yes.For upma Add ghee & veggies like carrot , beans or any veggies of ur choice to make it more healthy & give kheer occasionally as it's sweet & add jaggery to it instead of sugar
