Hi there! I think the quantity you of milk you mentioned it's too high for a baby that age.
Between two months to six months :
Your baby's diet won't increase significantly and she will need about 105-210 ml of milk at each feed.

How Much Formula Milk Does My Baby Need? | Babygogo

The amount of formula milk your lit ...
250 ml is too high at single feed so definatly he will vomit dear
250ml every hour for a 2 month old baby? That's definitely overfeeding. Reduce the quantity and increase the time gap. Baby's tummy is too small to hold all that milk therefore he regurgitates the excess. Plus fm takes longer to digest than bm. Feed on demand with a time gap of at least 2 hrs. He may be crying because of his tummy being over full. Imagine how uncomfortable it is for us when our tummy is overly full. At this age my baby used to drink 60ml once every 2hrs.
In this age only 60 ml or 90 ml...After that increase quantity..
250 ml is seriously torturing baby and will make his tummy upset. 60-90 ml every 2-3 hrly is enough. And even u can skip one feed if d baby is okay with it.
Well he is 9 months old now (as per premature age 7.5months) but still she n her mom keep giving dat child a bottle full of milk evry hour along wid some pureed foods n cerelac but still he has not grown to b healthy n his jead id veey heavy but body is light as feather...i wonder what do dey want to make of dat kid..i feel so sad for him..
Sad about that baby.. ! At this age he should only have 3 -4 milk and other food 2 to 3times. .
