My one month old baby not passing potty seen 8d

My one month old baby not passing potty last 8days she passing gasses only and her stamoch is soft it is worry ?Dr given her magenesia next given dimol drops but till not pass potty.plz

Hi it's normal in breastfeeding infants to pass stools sometimes once in a week too and sometimes 4-5 times in a day
