It is better to use soaps which do not cause an allergic reaction to the baby. Wash your baby’s skin with lukewarm water and a gentle soap. If the skin is prone to too much dryness or its atopic ,it needs extra care with a moisturizer in the soap having a property to repair the skin and act as a barrier and control inflammation.
