my baby is 4 months old. she is completely on bm. my milk supply is also good. but she is hardly feeding for 2 to 3 minutes. she is not gaining weight.

It means ,her tummy is not fulfilling. Ap check krte rahiye agar vo jada urine kr rhi h means oska pet bhar rha h. Agar ni toh vo dehydrate ho skti h ap pediatric se mike

Baby might be feeling sleepy while drinking milk. Wake her up and feed her for about 15 min. Then she will gain weight.

Also feed her every 2hrs without fail. Keep alarm and feed every 2hrs at night also.

Burp her properly. Due to gas in stomach, they might not be able to drink enough milk.
