Yes the skin colour will keep changing, and it's also genetic. Dont worry. As long as the skin is moisturized then nothing to worry, I use Bioderma Atoderm soap for my daughter.

Thank you.. And for mosquito bite on face , any specific cream should I use or it will heal by own automatically

Nothing need to be done for mosquito bite. Use lotion or cream as you apply to body.
