How do you know that your daughter is suffering from a stomach ache?
If it is severe it would be best to consult with a paediatrician. Try to avoid foods that can increase gas. Reduce dairy and citrus products. You can give her yoghurt to help soothe her tummy. Avoid a lot of beans and legumes, as these increase the gas production. Give her a light bland diet. Also, include plenty of fluids.
If the symptoms do not subside in a day or two consult your paediatrician.
