You should change this habit from now because kids loves mother's touch and they feel very secure. So you just try this may be it will help you. After baby's burp sleep her on bed massage slowly on her cheeks, stomach, thighs using your finger tips. Some kids feel that sense. Give massage like a feather touch. Once she slept cover with smooth blanket and put pillows bothside for secure. And sing melody songs slowly, any lullaby.
