Is ur milk ,sufficient for baby??you can try potty method l after feed, n babu baby pass gas,when he stop feed,n when he wake up

If your baby is on breastfeeding means it's quite normal in breastfeeding babies to pass stools once in a week or 5-6 times a day...

But anyways 6 days has passed,so once check with the Paediatrician,as baby is too small don't self medicate...
