Mera baby raat ko thik se sota nhi he... Kya kru

Main use raat ko 1 banana mash krke ek spoon cerelac mix kr k khilati hu.. Ye km to nhi shayad
Pehle wo sirf dudh pine bar bar uthta tha ab wo dudh b nhi pita pr har ghnte uthta he... Honey b diya do din raat ko bt wo nhi soya kya kru... Preshan ho jati hu puri raat

Dont give banana at ni8..u should give banana in the morning or noon... Nd 1 spoon cerelac is very less... U should give him 4 levelled spoon of cerelac.. And dun mix anuthng except warm water..

Agree with shilpi .. daliya khichdi or mashed roti in daal is best. 6 bje k bad milk na do jabtak wo khana pet bharkar nhi kha leta.. uske bad sote tym milk de do.. wo sota rahega...

Mere twins hai to mai to 2 patli roti ek katori daal me mash kr deti hu... Ap ek karke dekho.. agr uska pet bhar jata hai finish kr deta hai to ap next tym one n half roti mash kr dena..

If baby is not able to sleep at night, or have problem , you should give more light diet to baby like daliya, dal rice ,panner,light food which are easily digestible by baby,

I agree with sonia..Dinner ke 3 ghante pehle milk or snacks kuch mat do..Dinner baby acche se khayega..Dinner me khichdi,daliya,oats,daal roti or milk roti diya to baby ka pet bhara rahega aur baby raat bhar soyega..One more thing cerelac daily mat do sirf emergency k liye rakho.

Mene try Kiya daliya n milk roti... Bt wo 3/4roti hi kha pata he n 1katori daliya... Do din to soya aaram se 1-2 bar hi utha bt kal fr wahi.. Har aadhe ghnte utha...
