Low weight

My baby’s birth weight is 1.28kg ( premature born in 31weeks 4day) currently he is completed 5month his weight is 3.1kg. I am so worried about his weight. Kindly guide what to do?

By 5-6 months babies weight could be twice of the birth weight...

In that case weight is good,
And premature babies take time to get weight gain...

But anyways check with the Paediatrician once...

After feed,when baby full hungry n you can give him morning iron syrup evening calcium n night time,zinc n multivitamin syrups.n then bm or fm.for bottle feed use age size nipples of pigeons brand
