Avoid preservatives...give a healthy substitute
These juices are not at all fresh or pure.... Lot of preservatives and added colour, sugar... They use raw fruits and crush with seeds which sometimes leaves a bitter sour aftertaste..
Make fresh at home if your girl is fond of juices
Nothing is more real than home made fresh juice. If you read the ingredients carefully you would know that most of it is sugar and artificial flavours. Once in a while child can have it, but do not make it a substitute for fresh juice or fruits. Consider it a junk food only for emergencies and picnics. The child would also grow understanding that its not something to be had regularly. Hope that answers your query :)
