To reduce weight try to have a balanced and healthy diet and drink lots of water specially lukewarm water if you can. Avoid junk and oily food. Also do some workout like yoga and walking. You can also take mamaerth apple cider vinegar only if you are not a breastfeeding mom. It is a natural product and helps in weight loss and builds immunity and helps in digestion also. I am also taking it and it helped me a lot. I am also doing all of the above.
Doing exercise regularly and walk 45 min a day that too a brisk walk and take more fruits and fluids in the diet and avoid caffeine and junk food both and give lots of fluids in the diet for hydration
