I have dengue fever after 15 days of c section delivery .so it affects my breastmilk .my baby is now three month old.in ninth month I have low platlet counts also and before delivery I have problem of oligo .so there is so much weakness in my body.plz suggest diet for me and also for increasing breastmilk
