S u can do mildly. After two mnths do as usual . Do d first image i sent u. Later start with second image.

Hi nandhini back pain is due our weaken muscles and bones. After delivery it wil relax a lot like more loose muscles v can c. Only whn v do excercises and continue of calcium tablets for 6mth v can recover from that soon. For c- section offcourse they punture our spine for spinal anasthesia . It will take way more time to recover with proper positioning , diet, excersice.
Guys.. I had normal delivery.. den too lain.. the best things is exercise which we find lazy to do.. so pl do exercise na have healthy food..
