You can start some exercises like yoga and walk. These are easy and comfortable with small baby. Also try to eat more fibre rich food and avoid oily and junk food. Drink lots of water specially Lukewarm water if you can. You can also drink mamaerth apple cider vinegar only when you stop breastfeeding completely.
