Water is used for it transports nutrients to your baby. And it avoid dehydration and some infections.
Water is very important for safety & growth of baby during pregnancy .Increase ur water intake.Drink frequently or every 1 hour .Night also use should drink frequently. Keep one bottle near u when u go for sleep & drink water in between while u r sleeping.Keep an alarm to wake u up to drink water or ask some one in house to wake u to drink water in night .This was adviced to me by Gyneac, other than water Have other liquids like lemon water , cocunut water in day time
Drink frequent water in pregnancy... And drink liquids like coconut water, lemon water,,, buttermilk... Drinking more water helps from relieving heartburn also....
