Hi yes you can start doing exercise regularly
Yes sure you can start now. Start with yoga or walking or jogging. These are easy and will be comfortable for you. Also try to avoid junk food and oily food also. Drink lots of water. Right now its winter season so you can drink luke warm water that is also very helpful. Eat more fibre rich food. When you stop breastfeeding then you can take mamaerth apple cider vinegar. I am taking it for weight loss and find it useful. I am doing all of the above also.
