You can start with some light exercises like yoga or walking. They are easy and comfortable also. Drink lots of water specially lukewarm water if you can. Eat more healthy and nutritional food which includes fibre rich food like salads, green vegetables, fruits, juices and soups. Avoid oily and junk food completely. You can also take mamaerth apple cider vinegar only when you stop breastfeeding completely. My elder sister is taking it and find it useful and she is doing all of the above.
