They can be due to some kind of allergy. So its better to consult with doctor once. Or they can be due to excess of oiling or due to some cloth that is not suitable for baby's soft skin. Also do not scratch them or rub them. Use dusting powder. It will help. Like I usee mamaerth dusting powder. It is talc free so completely safe. It is effective on rashes and boils. Reduces redness and itching very fast and soothes baby. Helps to keep skin dry.
