What & all he eats in a day?
Morning he eats milk, breakfast idli or rwva upma, semiya upma. Lunch dal rice with egg. Evening a cup of milk or sathumavu porridge. Dinner rasam rice or idli or idiapam
Diet is fine. Give veg parathas with ghee,include paneer, ghee , cheese in his Diet,evening other than usual snacks give something else Dosa with ghee, milkshakes of any two or three fruits combined, include dry fruits specially almonds& walnuts as snacks in between, u can give sweet potatoes,Pediasure in milk for weight gain ,Breakfast items can b a bit heavy .Semiya upma u can give as evening snack.Include more milk products in his diet , lunch include pumpkin recipes it's very healthy & weight gaining too or u can pumpkin halwa for evening .Refer Google or you tube for food ideas according to age .Make little changes in his diet to improve weight .Give different types of fruits, veggies that's important at this age & once consult doctor if he needs vit D supplements for weight gain or not & also to check hb level.If he is active in daytime thats also good & sleep for 1 or 2 hours is also important for weight gain .
