If ur baby has compeleted 6 months u can start with fruits and vegetable purees,dal rice,khichdi,curd rice,ragi porridge etc.initially keep the consistency semi liquid and slowly thicken the consistency.once baby starts chewing u can offer roti,paratha.only 1 meal at 6 months.bf 30-45 mins before meal.bm or fm remains their main source of nutrition till 1 year.every month increase 1 meal.
