What activities r u doing for weight loss?
Take amla and alovera juice every mrng...... and done all house work own ....... and nothing ...... tell me what to do and what exercise do for loss weight
That's very gud if ur doing all this..go for a walk not brisk walk but jst a walk..if possible then go for gym..and ask for exercises that suits u..they will also make a dietry plan. Sometimes metabolic rate of our body plays a very cunning role if it's high..then one losses quickly and if it's low then tough to reduce and this is based on genes.
Gym not possible...... bcs my doughter never leave me alone ....... there no one who take care of it...... i try to go walk ........ if u don't pls tell me what food good for weight loss
Eat healthy food like leafy veggies..fruits u can also try Kellogg's k..but with that u must follow their instructions written..it's also available on net..avoid fried items n junks..drink plenty of water..infact warm water after every meal..u can also add warm water with lemon n honey in the morning in your routine. Dinner must be of salads including carrots, capcicum, corn, broccoli, cucumber,olive oil. U can have soups with it.
After every meal drink warm water is my routin ....... and junk food sweets i was take last to last month ...... but thanku for all help thanki so much
