From 2 years you can start with pediasure with milk twice a day...

First hide the bottle, tell him that some story it was stolen or it is not there like that...
He will cry but also don't give, give milk or water in any attractive cup or glass...
You too have milk with him and show how to sip...
My son was also like this,I tried the same way he didn't had milk for one or two days, later he understood and started with glass...
    So try this way...

Avoid sugar, instead add homemade palm jaggery syrup or honey or dates syrup...

    And regarding food,
Now you can give 3 meals and 2 snacks...
You can give whatever you prepare at home with less spice and show some new tastes to your baby,if he got bored with same foods means he will not show any interest...

Give dosa, idli, chapathi, paratha, egg rice, kitchidi, sweet pongal, palak rice or kitchidi, paneer carrot rice...
Warm soups, steamed vegetables or stir fried veggies, boiled sprouts or peas,channa...
    Veg cutlets,whole wheat sandwich...

You can also check once on Google as mylittlemoppet or gkfooddiary it has many recipes for babies and toddlers,it will be helpful for you...

And for hunger syrups are jus temporary,I used 2 kinds of syrups which are suggested by Dr...but it was like temporary...

If worms in stomach also may be the reason for loss of hunger, check with your Paediatrician by call or online regarding deworming...they will help you...

Yes Hinal I remember few days ago u mentioned that ur baby takes bottle feed & I suggested u to avoid it as later he won't leave it .Avoid it completely & don't give it even if he cries a lot .In few days he will forget it.Use colourful baby cups or baby glasses for milk.As time is less for u refer You tube for easy & quick protein rich recipies. Not only they r tasty but very healthy too .No sugar , no oil recipies specially for kids r there for breakfast or snacks .Bournvita is for 6 + kids.Pediasure is available for 1 to 3 year old kids. Its good, improves immunity & increases appetite. It brought of improvement in my daughter in terms of immunity & appetite or u can go with juniour horlicks it's also good.Dont add sugar in both. Don't worry.Search You tube & Google u will find many recipies which do not much time , which can b stored for week or more & r healthy too for both adults & kids.Dont worry.U can manage well both ur work & child.πŸ‘
