If Dr told that it is dust allergy go with your Dr's advice...if medicines are given use it accordingly...
Make sure to be clean and hygiene near baby surroundings...
Wash the bedsheets, baby's clothes properly...
Baby got allergy from dust or AC or fan.
Some times it indicates cold or cough.
Try to avoid him from dust. Use humidifiers in baby bed room. It clears the dust.If doctor advised any nasal drops give your baby.
Give frequently your breast feed and give only lukewarm water to your baby. Don't add too much ghee and sugar can Increase the cough . And don't give citrus fruits.
