Your baby feeling generally warm is normal. There is nothing to be concerned about.
You should check her temperature to find out if she truly has a fever. You can wipe her down with a cool damp cloth if you feel she has a slightly higher temperature. If the temperature is above 100.4 degrees then you try paracetamol to reduce it else with time it will subside on its own.

A cough is usually the last thing to subside during an infection. Continue with the warm water, give her also some warm honey to soothe a sore throat. Include plenty of fluids like fresh citrus juices, which contain plenty of vitamin C and assist in soothing the throat.
Avoid keeping the environment around your baby dry. Opt for a humidifier to keep the surroundings moist. If the cough increases or worsens consult your paediatrician.
