You should meet a doctor and get an examination done for vitamin and micronutrient deficiencies. Other than this, have balanced diet. Have 3 big meals a day and 3 small snacks in between the meals. Don't overeat, just eat to your satisfaction. Have daal, potato, sweet potato, banana, multigrains, rice, geen leafy vegetables, fruits of all kinds. Consume milk, paneer, cheese, curd etc.
If you are non vegetarian then have egg and lean meat. Have dry fruits and nuts.
