Hello Doc, I have a 7 month old baby boy he's been coughing and high temperature I took him to gov hospital they said he's fine nothings wrong they even him for x-ray nothing was wrong but he's coughing so would like to know does teething cause such in babies 😭

After feed when baby full hungrey.give him half spoon 2 time zinc syrup with mix of all medicines,n warm water.Dear stop to give him animal milk,n fm milk.use cow desi ghee.give bm n roast multigrain aata liquid halwa and mix veg puree with pinch of ginger garlic,methidana etc.ajwain,Dalia or rava with almonds powder n jegrey.120 ml chicken soup only like water.give 120 ml feed in every 3 hrs.give bm.

When baby show yawning,go for sleep him,immediately
