Looks like baby is newborn...

Upto six months breastfeeding only recommended for babies...
After that only you can start giving semi-solid foods along with bm or fm...

As of now continue to give bm only...

If baby is feeling cranky, discomfort better check once with your Paediatrician by call or online...

Hi give only breastmilk exclusively till age of six months after that u can give formula milk and semisolid food both along with breastmilk
