Gets fussy while breastfeeding and spits milk

Hi guys, I have 1 and a half month baby girl. When I feed her, especially in the midnight, she gets fussy and pulls my nipple and shakes her hands and legs, which am unable to breastfeed her.why does she behave in such a way?? Also, when I burp, she spits or sometimes vomits the milk she intake... I feed her for an hour, again she asks for milk by sucking her fingers. Should I feed her again ? Does that mean she's hungry or is there anything that I could better understand what she is trying to ask? I have sufficient amount of milk and she takes milk too....
