Yes. It does. I am having it right after my delivery and it helps in lactation. In addition the quantity of your food intake also matters. The more you have nutritional food, your lactation will also increase.

Yes any supplement that is made especially keeping in mind lactating mothers will help,eg m taking baby and me vanilla flavor it is really good..and i di agree with princy keep having nutritional food.
Yes it increases the amount and quality of breast milk. I'm taking mothers horlicks regularly. Lactonic granules is also very useful.I've taken one jar soon after delivery.

Yes i take that.. but also keep a balanced diet.. take lots of fluids and 3-4 glasses if milk.. also take enough rest..
My doc had recommended mother's horlicks to me during my pregnancy but not after my baby was born. Do i need my doctor to prescribe the same or i can start on my own ?
