take plenty of fluids, adequate rest, nutritious diet and milk too . this would probably help you to increase your bm
Eat Fenugreek,egg white, oats,leafs,vegitables
fry a little amount of Cumin(zeera) in pure ghee...then mix it in warm milk and drink that two times a day...take fluid as much as possible, drink plenty of water, and take nutritioua food 😊
You can also have bread and milk together during breakfast and also try having buttermilk, fenugreek, tindora.
