Thanks for reply. But I read an article baby go go forum till two years no cold medicine should be used to kids.
Nasoclear is not a cold medicine..it's a saline water to remove excess mucus present in nostrills...so that baby can breath n feed easily.
Cold medicines are not recommended for the babies under the age of 2 year. It involves severe side effects, including rapid heart rate and convulsions.
For kids over a year old, you can give a little bit of honey with warm apple juice, to help with the congestion and sinus problems. Try to feed the baby more, so he doesn’t loose on appetite.

Yes that's right. Don't worry for small cold. Don't give allopathy for anything. Homeo is better than allopathy. And will not so harm the immunity system. As far as possible avoid medicating until and unless you feel your baby is facing trouble then only go for medicine. First try for Homeo if it not works go to pediatrician for allopathy.
