You can store milk for 24hrs in fridge and for 4hrs at room temperature..
If you are a working mother, you can give expressed breast milk. Express your milk in a clean wide mouthed container and this milk should be fed to the baby. It can be stored at room temperature for 6-8 hrs, in a refrigerator for 24 hrs and a freezer at -20°C for 3 months. Co time breast milk till 6 months and after that complementary feeds can be added. This will simplify things a little for you.
Thank u all... I will express in the morning and store it immediately in fridge and take out the required quantity 2hour before and feed him. Hope this is fine.
