At this age children tend to be fussy and do not usually follow a timetable set up for them. Your daughter needs to eat a wide variety of food at this age and that includes fruits, veggies, oats, rice, cereals, yoghurt, eggs and milk. You need to give her a combination of food which is preferably steamed and cooked with no oil and less salt. As for a schedule, your child can have breakfast, lunch and dinner around the same time as the rest of the family. This way she will feel like a part of the family and also learn how to eat on her own. She can also have snacks of fruits, yoghurt or crackers 2 -3 times a day.
