Start with 2 tablespoons of water dhire dhire habit hogi dal ka pani rice water juice upma yeh sab do
U can give everything to baby what she likes and can eat easily like mashed banana mashed apple mashed papaya watermelon cucumber beetroot daliya khichri oats cerelac boiled n mashed vegetables etc.make sure that food is fresh and easily digeatible for her.dont give alot in one feed just 5- 6 spoon will be enough for one feed. Give twice in a day.also start giving water 50 - 80 ml perday use only boiked water not even mineral or ro water too.
