3year old son height 83.8 cms & 9 kgs only & lean not growing well though i fed him all meals properly.

3year old son height 85.2 cms & 10.4 kgs seems very thin & lean not growing well though i fed him all meals properly. He fed all food and play well . But height not growing well...I m very tenson about his heights..
