Oil massage is must for babies especially in winters. Always use an organic oil. Mamaeearth soothing massage oil best option. Provides nourishment to the body making skin smooth and supple. Mild non sticky.
Have a healthy and nutritional diet and adequate amount of liquids. Stay stressfree and also take a sound sleep. All these are important. Also do oiling on regular basis and use a good branded mild shampoo. I had used Trichup hair oil and mamaerth argan hair mask for myself. Both helped me a lot by controlling hairfall and promotes new hair growth. Also makes hair more strong and beautiful and soft and silky.

If it is too much then consult with your doctor. And it's winter time so dry skin will be there. Apply 3-4 times ghee to reduce dry skin problem fast. For future to avoid dry skin always massage before bath and apply lotion after bath. This will help you. As per my personal experience I would suggest you to use mamaerth moisturising body lotion. A natural and non sticky lotion that helps to keep skin soft and moisturised without any dryness. Its fragrance is also pleasant.
