Do oiling on regular basis and then wash with a good baby shampoo. Make it sure that all the oil is removed after wash. Problem of dandruff will be solved in few days. In winter season dandruff is common and it is may be that the ingredients of that shampoo are not suitable now that you are using presently. Try to change the shampoo. I am using mamaerth hair oil and shampoo for my son. Both are natural products and makes hair beautiful and strong with a nourished scalp

Your baby is just 2 months old. The babies go through a lot of changes in the first few years - skin colour, facial features and so on. Don't be obsessed with her appearance and revel in the beauty of a baby. Anyways, there's not much you can do to make her 'fair'. Please refrain from the so called home remedies of ubtan and all or you may end up hurting and damaging your baby's gentle skin.
