Yes i have used body shaper but i didnt work. I dont know the advantages or disadvantages but body shaper didnt work for my body
First of all start doing some workout like yoga or walking. Avoid oily and junk food and take a healthy and nutritional diet. Also drink lots of water. You can also take mamaerth apple cider vinegar only if you are not a breastfeeding mom or pregnant. It helps in weight loss and reduces belly fat and builds immunity and helps in digestion also. I am taking it and it helped me a lot.
Yes a slight delay is nothing to be concerned about. This delay can last for a week to 10 days. If you are not on contraception and sexually active I would recommend taking a pregnancy test if your periods are delayed for more than a week
No need to worry... it is umblical hernia. It happens in babies due to weak stomach muscles. My daughter too had it. As the baby grows it disappears on its own. Hardly it takes 5-6 months
