Hi that's normal, start doing exercise regularly and avoid caffeine and junk food both and take more fruits and fluids in the diet and simple homemade food like khichdi daliya etc And walk 45 min a day that too a brisk walk
Avoid such medicines.Take supplements of iron & calcium as prescribed by doctor. Eat more veggies, more fruits,dry fruits, cow milk & other healthy things.Take rest when baby sleeping.If u r feeling totally weak consult doctor. It may b low hb or low bp.Sleep well.After delivery weakness is common as body takes time to recover.Dont b stressed.Stay calm & relaxed.
First...take a pregnancy test done.... Dont wry... If its got negative... Thats normal......If u r breastfeeding ur baby then irregular periods are normal.... Or not having periods even till a year....
K.continue it as prescribed .this tablet need to b taken contionously to get results.Dont forget it any more .Take that one tablet & clear ur doubts with doctor if needed
Any gynecologist. When to start novelon tablet(for irregular periods) first day of periods or from the day finishes the period
Spotting is not good sign because of harmonal imbalance. It is from 2 month. So consult gynecologist.
And increase your physical activity and drink plenty of water.
Hi Aysha.I don't know much about c sec as I had both normal deliveries but I have a small suggestion if u r having pain in stitches it would b better if u consult gyneac about both doing exercises & planning pregnancy just to know if ur body is ready for both or not , if u have already consulted then it's fine & I have also heard there should b a gap of 4 or 5 years after between kids if it was a c sec otherwise later it will b problem for mother if gap is less between both deliveries.

After delivery hair fall is common bcoz of hormone changes. But if it's continuing there will b reason for it - stress, lack of proper nutrition, hair not getting much care, lack of water & sleep , dandruff , not applying oil properly, genetics too play a role in hair fall to some extent.As per my experience solution for hair problems is there in our kitchens & most things v consume r good to apply on hair too.Amla, rice water, banana, curd, besan,onions,flax seed, avocado,extra virgin cocunut oil , methi seeds , eggs, etc All r good to solve hair fall problem.Recently I suffered severe dandruff problem & hairfall bcoz lack of proper care of hair.Hair fall is a reminder that v r not looking after hair properly.Try to find out reason for hair fall consume above mentioned things , apply on hair which ever suits u & refer U tube to get more help some ladies r sharing wonderful tips to solve hair problems at home itself using ingredients available at home without using any shampoos, or outside treatment.Along with all that drink lots of water, avoid stress, sleep well whenever possible , eat all healthy things & do yoga & exercise related to hair growth.Hope all these will help u.😊If nothing works consult doctor.
