Hi start doing exercise regularly and avoid caffeine and junk food both and take more fruits and fluids in the diet and walk 45 min a day that too a brisk walk
My baby is 2 months old.. n i have started to take out time 4 me.. i do walk for atleast half an hour whlie using belt on my belly.. n also started hang outs with my family n friends.. don't be upset.. just take out some time 4 yourself from the busy rough n tough routine.. u will feel good.. and also do exercise to get back in shape.. u can see YouTube videos 4 exercise.
